Gregory came to us wanting more space to entertain while keeping maximum privacy. I suggested a ground level deck and adding stairs from the upper deck to lower deck. To help keep the cost down he went with pressure treated wood, and we added a border to give the deck a more polished look as well as keep material waste low. One 16 ft step to grass and railing was added on the opposite side to create a space. The deck was completed with skirting to give it a nice finishing look and also keep animals from getting under the deck.
