Andrew came to us with a deck and enclosure that was falling apart. Nothing was to code and the space was unsafe. We kept the same footprint as the size worked for his family. Andrew went with Fiberon Graphite main and a Cinnabar double border and splines, along with Graphite fascia and black aluminum railing. We did multiple layers to add style and space, as well as cedar skirting and custom cedar planters with nice wide 6 ft stairs for the finishing touch.
